Are you ready to release your limiting patterns and come to life more fully? Access Bars is a dynamic stress reduction technique, a non-invasive, hands-on process for clearing the mind, healing the body and achieving inner peace.  There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money; just to name a few. Gently touching points along these bars releases old energies stuck in the brain and the body, allowing for tremendous and easy change in all aspects of life. Having your bars run clears the energy that keeps you 'stuck' in patterns and allows you to interact with your life in a different way.

After a session, you will feel refreshed, lighter and calm.  You will begin to experience profound changes in your life over a short period of time. Clients report feeling refreshed and calm with an ability to let go of issues and mental blocks.

What does a bars session feel like? Everyone is different so there is no “normal” Bars session. Even the same client seeing the same practitioner will have a completely different experience each time. Most clients experience a sense of deep relaxation and many people go to sleep. Some clients have images come to them, others feel sensations in their body such as buzzing, tingling, warmth, twitches or shivers. A sense of peace and joy is often present at the end of a Bars session.

How long is a Bars session? An average session is about 90 minutes. A session can be longer, or shorter, depending on the needs of the client.

What does a Bars session do? The Bars takes all the considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, judgments, and beliefs from any lifetime, that are electrically stored in the brain and releases them.

What is the value of erasing this bank of data you have stored all this lifetime, and every lifetime?

When you are functioning from preconceived points of view about what is possible in life, what is not possible in life, and have it rigidly defined of how the world works, you can not be aware of anything else that does not match that or be open to other possibilities.  Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to change anything in that area. Getting your Bars run discharges that fixed energy, like dumping the trash and junk files on your computer, but for your bio-computer… your brain! Change the energy and you change how that part of your life shows up.

How many sessions should I have?

Just one session can change your life for the better! . Initially, having your Bars run more often can be beneficial in breaking stubborn patterns. Typically clients come weekly for 1 month and then begin to space out sessions to bi-weekly and then monthly. Eventually you will have a sense of when you need a session.

Scientific review of Access Bars:

Recent research by neuroscientist, Dr. Fannin, has proven that this technique balances the brain, chakras and meridians, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, fear and depression. The brain changes that occurred after a 90 minute Bars session were greater than any changes Dr. Fannin had ever seen in his 16 years of research. He stated that a 90 minute Bars session created more change in the brain than was seen when he mapped people that had practiced meditation regularly and even those who meditated for up to 2 hours at a time. Here is a video of Dr. Fannin explaining the results of his experience.
