Are you feeling it? The Summer Vibes? Summer vibes bring summer feelings. As we immerse ourselves in the energy of the Summer and the Fire Element, the emotions of joy, passion, happiness, and love have the greatest potential to be fuelled. Our heart has the greatest opportunity right now to flourish and shine our Shen (Heart Spirit) radiance. Think sparkling, shining eyes.
We just need to make sure our own joy bucket gets filled first!!! When we're swept up in the height of FIRE, in busyness, in external movement - it's easy to lose sight of our inner feelings and needs... Here is a practice to help you stay connected:
Five minutes of inner sight.
Set your timer for 5 minutes. Relax and bring your awareness to your torso (belly, solar plexus, and heart center) where we feel our emotions. Breathe slowly into those spaces and allow the feelings that are present (even if they don't feel that good). As we allow feelings we give them permission to move and create space for Shen to shine.
