Yoga Nidra - Rest & Restore

Yoga Nidra is called Yogic sleep but is actually the practice of falling awake not falling asleep. Through guided meditation we build awareness of breath, body and mind and we learn to deeply relax and restore our natural state of peace and wellbeing.

Bring a yoga mat, your favorite pillow and a comfy blanket and get ready to deeply heal.

Cost: $25 or $20 with a friend
