Yoga Nidra - Rest & Restore

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are two relaxing practices that promote a deep sense of well being. In Restorative Yoga we make use of props to support the body in very gentle poses that allow for deep relaxation of body and mind. Then we will experience a long savasana using the techniques of Yoga Nidra, including body relaxation, breath awareness and guided visualization, creating a state of conscious awareness. From this state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness comes true healing of body , mind and spirit. You will leave feeling rested and restored!
Bring a yoga mat, your favorite pillow and a comfy blanket and get ready to deeply heal.
Cost: $25 or $20 with a friend
