The Class Flow

We are excited to invite you to explore the healing potential of cannabis in a safe and supportive group setting. Join us to discover how this ancient medicine can be utilized to deepen our connection to Self and Cosmos. 

The evening will consist of creating sacred space, communing with the medicine, gentle stretching and light movement, and then space to relax where you can bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the vibrations of sound healing instruments. Dress comfortably!

After the sound journey we will have space for tea & integration.

Who is this for?

This class is open to PA Medical Cannabis Card Holders. No experience in yoga or sound healing is necessary.

About Your Facilitators

With Jennifer Nagle, Reiki Master

This Level Two certification will help you continue the training you learned from Level One. You will practice a full reiki session from start to finish, including hand positions, meditations, and "reading" auras. Most importantly, you will receive the Level Two Reiki Symbols, including an explanation, and the ability to use them. My classes are always very hands-on!

You will receive the Reiki Level Two attunement. You will use the same manual from Level One and should reach out to Jennifer ahead of time (call 610-416-5943) if you need to order a new manual.

Once you receive your Level Two attunement, you will be able to offer Reiki to family, friends, animals, the universe, and to clients as you will be a Reiki Practitioner.

Who is this for?

This class is for those who have completed their Reiki Level One with me or from another certified Reiki Master teacher. You should want to continue your study of the art of Reiki and have the desire to share that ability with others.

What is Shamanism?

Shamanism is a cross-cultural, non-religious, folk-healing tradition rooted in the fundamental belief that everything, including humans, animals, and nature, possesses a spiritual essence. It highlights the interconnectedness of all things and promotes harmony with nature as core principles. Shamans, as practitioners, serve as intermediaries between the physical and spiritual realms, utilizing rituals and practices to connect with the spiritual essence of the world for wisdom, healing, and guidance.

What are the Five Elements?

Taoist 5 Element Theory is a concept rooted in Taoism, an ancient Chinese philosophy and is the basis of Lance’s 5 Element Acupuncture tradition. It suggests that there are five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—that represent different aspects of nature and the universe. These elements are not merely physical substances but symbolize energies, qualities, and interrelationships. According to this theory, each element has its unique characteristics and influences specific aspects of the natural world. The interactions and cycles between these elements create a dynamic balance and harmony in nature. This theory helps us understand and interpret the patterns and transformations observed in the natural world, providing a framework to understand how different elements interact and support one another both in nature and ourselves.

The flow of our Walks

We will start off in the mansion at the Willows with a short introduction. Then we will embark on a spiritual journey through the captivating woods of the Willows. Lance and Amy will lead the walks once per season, allowing you to witness the ever-changing beauty of nature as each element takes center stage.

Through their guidance, you'll gain a unique perspective on the interconnectedness of all things. By observing nature's elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—you'll develop a deeper understanding of their symbolism and how they manifest in the world around us.

As we release assumptions of both ourselves and others we help remove limits and create greater freedom.

When the world is in turmoil, when we see suffering in communities close to our hearts, it is hard to know what to do. Our hearts are heavy and full of challenging emotions.

The Buddha says “It is compassion that removes the heavy bar, opens the door to freedom, makes the narrow heart as wide as the world. Compassion takes away from the heart the inert weight, the paralyzing heaviness; it gives wings to those who cling to the lowlands of self.”

Let us join in community in mindful meditation practice that allows us to meet our world exactly as it is, in all of its challenges, and create a method of removing obstacles which stand in our way of inner peace.

ABOUT SIUBHAN

Siubhan first experienced the benefits of mindfulness and meditation with athletes while earning her undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Connecticut. After completing her graduate degree in Exercise Science Siubhan became a Program Director of a corporate fitness center in Boston. There she facilitated wellness programs to the center’s many corporate partners, including meditation and mindfulness.  So when Siubhan’s daughter struggled with anxiety as an Irish Dancer, she knew that meditation and mindful techniques would be effective. Over the years of working with her daughter and other dancers this plan has evolved into a set of meditations and mindfulness techniques which effectively combat the stress and anxiety of this highly competitive sport. 

Siubhan has seen these techniques work first hand on her own daughter whose anxiety caused her to quit dance when she was 13 to now working in professionally in Dublin and touring Europe while earning her college degree. 

The stress of dance, the pressures of school and the hectic life of this plugged in generation takes its toll physically and mentally. These techniques give them tools to manage it all and helps them develop life changing skills. 

Siubhan is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and teaches classes and workshops in the greater Philadelphia area.  

As a Master Level Reiki Practitioner, Siubhan works one on one with clients in her studio in West Chester, PA

The Class Flow

The first half of the class is dedicated to opening, stretching, expanding, and raising our energy through Kundalini Yoga & Breath-work.

During the second half of the class laying in Shavasana (corpse pose) or sitting in meditation, you will bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the AMAZING universal vibrations of the GONG!!!

Who is this for?

Level Three:

Level Three certification will complete your Reiki Master training. We will continue hands on practice, and dive deeper into the art of Reiki, share best practices, help answer questions and discuss any issues that come up during your practice. We will review the Reiki symbols from Level Two, and you will receive your Reiki Master symbol.

You will receive your Level Three attunement. A new manual will be distributed to you for your Master Level.

Who is this for?

Our class will start with a meditation. Then we will discuss a particular kind of intuition . The class is hands-on, so we will spend time playing games and practice using our intuition.

 This class is for anyone who lives on planet Earth and has a curiosity for the mind’s potential! No previous experience needed and beginners are encouraged to attend!

The summer solstice is a potent time celebrated by many cultures around the world. It marks the longest day of the year and is the embodiment of the powerful energy of light, growth, and abundance. It is a time to honor the sun's radiance, embrace the bountiful gifts of nature, and reflect on our own inner light and potential.

Amy and I would love to invite our community to a special Summer Solstice Shamanic Ceremony to honor the Self, our Community, and Pachamama (The Earth).

The flow of the evening:

June 21st

6:45 pm - Potluck: We will start with a potluck dinner
7:45 pm - Ceremony: will include the creation of a Despacho along with a sacred fire.

What is a Despacho?

A Despacho is a beautiful gratitude ceremony that comes from the Q’ero people of the Andes. It helps us connect with the spiritual world and show respect to nature and all seen and unseen beings. We create a special arrangement with meaningful objects and say prayers to honor these forces.

Please Bring:

• A dish to share for the potluck

• A sacred-to-you item for the altar (stone, jewelry, photo, etc) it will go home with you!

• A small burnable offering for the despacho - (herb, spice, plant matter, paper, art, etc)

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps you become more balanced physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It is administered by laying on hands to channel universal (Rei) life energy (ki) into your body to activate natural healing.

Class Flow

We will discuss the restorative benefits of Reiki and try some relaxing meditations. At the end of the class I will give Reiki to each student individually and the group.

Who is this class for?

This class is for anyone who is curious about healing energy, or who sometimes feels out of balance and is looking to feel better. No previous experience is required.

About your teacher

Welcome to Kundalini Yoga with Debbie Sunshine! I want to take you through some different kriyas (actions that lead to manifestation, sequences of posture, breath, and sound). I want you to experience the wonders of feeling your energy moving throughout your body.

I love words and I love images. I will guide you through the kriyas, helping you to visualize new places and new moves. And then I will begin your meditation with a poem, asking you to feel where the words land in your body.

What is the Yoga of Loving Awareness?

This is the crazy yoga! The yoga of self-awareness. The yoga of the ancients. The yoga of intention!

We will spend about 45 minutes going through the kriyas (postures), but making sure we are having fun while we do it. And we will end with a 15 minute meditation.

I hope that when you leave here, you will feel a sense of calm, and your muscles won’t be too sore. ;)

About your instructor

This Level Two certification will help you continue the training you learned from Level One. You will practice a full reiki session from start to finish, including hand positions, meditations, and "reading" auras. Most importantly, you will receive the Level Two Reiki Symbols, including an explanation, and the ability to use them. My classes are always very hands-on!

You will receive the Reiki Level Two attunement. You will use the same manual from Level One and should reach out to Jennifer ahead of time (call 610-416-5943) if you need to order a new manual.

Once you receive your Level Two attunement, you will be able to offer Reiki to family, friends, animals, the universe, and to clients as you will be a Reiki Practitioner.

Who is this for?

This class is for those who have completed their Reiki Level One with me or from another certified Reiki Master teacher. You should want to continue your study of the art of Reiki and have the desire to share that ability with others.

This Level One certification is devoted to teaching the basic information about Reiki, the history, and the hand positions for treating yourself, your family, friends, pets, and others.

You will receive the Reiki Level One attunement. Class includes a clinical portion where you will have the opportunity to practice with other students.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing art that helps the body to engage its inner resources and promotes balance.

It is a gentle, non-manipulative light touch that can help bring a client into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, levels of cortisol and adrenaline drop and it is easy for the client's body to relax and focus on self-healing.
