What does a bars session feel like? Everyone is different so there is no “normal” Bars session. Even the same client seeing the same practitioner will have a completely different experience each time. Most clients experience a sense of deep relaxation and many people go to sleep. Some clients have images come to them, others feel sensations in their body such as buzzing, tingling, warmth, twitches or shivers. A sense of peace and joy is often present at the end of a Bars session.
How long is a Bars session? An average session is about 90 minutes. A session can be longer, or shorter, depending on the needs of the client.
What does a Bars session do? The Bars takes all the considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, judgments, and beliefs from any lifetime, that are electrically stored in the brain and releases them.

Recent research by neuroscientist, Dr. Fannin, has proven that this technique balances the brain, chakras and meridians, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, fear and depression.
