At the height of summer, the sun is blazing, the days are long, and nature is in full, unapologetic bloom. This is our time, too, to shine — to burn off what no longer serves us and reclaim our natural brilliance.
This special class is an invitation to reconnect with your inner fire — the spark of vitality, creativity, and joy that lives deep within. Through breath, movement, and sound, we’ll stoke the flames of our spirit and align with the solar energy of the season.
The vibrations of the gong will carry you into deep rest and renewal, clearing away the clouds and making space for radiant clarity, power, and presence.
The Class Flow
The first half of the class is dedicated to opening, stretching, expanding, and raising our energy through Kundalini Yoga & Breath-work.
During the second half of the class laying in Shavasana (corpse pose) or sitting in meditation, you will bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the AMAZING universal vibrations of the GONG!!!
Who is this for?
This class is open to everyone and absolute beginners are encouraged to attend! Please note that this can be a very powerful experience, if you have questions please call Lance at (610) 203-3747.

a yoga mat
blanket,
water
a journal
A favorite stone or crystal or feather, or shell, or another sacred object (optional)
A favorite mug for tea afterward
Note: Please refrain from wearing strong scents or perfumes.
