All of our yoga classes are focused not only on the physical body, but also on our subtle energy & depth of soul. Each teacher brings a unique essence and style to their classes. Everybody is welcome! Everybody is respected and the class atmosphere is totally judgement free.  Classes are for all levels and beginners are encouraged to join!

We keep our class size small so we can give as much individual attention as possible. 


Mondays 9:30-11:00 AM Amy's Yoga with a Heart

Amy's Yoga with a Heart involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. The class is inspired by years of practice and trusting the body's innate wisdom and desire to return to a state of wholeness.

As we travel through the asanas (yogic postures), we focus on bandhas (yogic locks) and pranayama (yogic breath).

This practice brings a subtle but deep purification. Benefits include:

  • A healing life force that flows throughout the body, massaging internal organs, muscles, glands, and nerves.
  • The release of beneficial enzymes and mineral
  • Peace of mind, heart, and body
  • A longer, leaner, toned body

Each class ends with guided relaxation, breathing techniques (pranayama), energy balancing (reiki) and meditation. $20


Mondays 7:00-8:15 PM  Soulful Flow with Page

Combining soulful movement with breath practices, we will flow together to share in the ancient and sacred practice of yoga. Options will be available to modify or intensify, creating space for anyone who is interested in being in community with others to experience the wonder of yoga. $15


Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 PM Evening Flow with Stu

With a deep focus on the subtle/energy body, we'll find our way through movement oriented sequences, playful postures, and a touch of transcendence.  $15. 


Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 AM Sunrise Flow with Stu

Start your day at 6am welcoming the sun through a soul-searching flowing practice integrating yoga postures with self creation. $15. 


Thursdays 7:30-8:30 PM Amy's Yoga with a Heart

As we travel through the asanas (yogic postures), we focus on bhandas (yogic locks) and pranayama (yogic breath).

This is evening class is focused on relaxation and preparing you for a deep and beautiful sleep. $20
