Siubhán Clark,

Registered Yoga Teacher

Yoga allows us to learn and practice skills that, if taken off the mat, can change the way we experience the world.

I believe Yoga is a valuable tool in leading a more enriched life. Come to yoga for the physical practice; but stay for the mental benefits.
