This week I attended the monthly in-person Linkup with Lance and Amy. I was reminded how gifted they are at leading shamanic journeys. Their use of setting, sounds and rythms creat the perfect environment for both guided and non-guided journeys to the Ukhupacha, Kaypacha and Hanaqpacha (lower, middle and upper worlds). Their special gift, in my experience, is their ability to lead guided journeys.
