I've attended three community acupuncture sessions so far. The environment is very relaxing and cozy. Gabrielle is wonderful. She listened carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained the process before she began treatment (this was my first experience with acupuncture) and always makes sure I'm comfortable. She discussed things I could be doing in between sessions (appropriate amount of rest, ice/heat, etc.) to complement the acupuncture. I'm already noticing less pain! - Jen T.
