My company recently arranged for a virtual 'Guided Meditation' session with Lance from Village Wellness, and I'm so thankful they did! I struggle with ADD and tend to have a very 'noisy' brain even in normal circumstances. Now, with the current stress and anxiety related to COVID-19, I've had increased difficultly focusing on tasks, both professional and personal. As Lance led our group through some basics of meditation (being still, at ease and aware), I absolutely felt my mind and body calm down, which was awesome!
