Spring Reset! This may sound a little too contrived to be authentic, but it is authentic! If you're like me - let's say right after winter, feeling a little sluggish after too much wine and comfort food, a tad bit depressed....nothing terrible, just kind of going through the motions? Well, that was me before I walked into a community acupuncture treatment with Carrie yesterday. She patiently listened to my laundry list of mental, physical and spiritual afflictions. Forget about the instant calm I felt during the treatment. Today I jumped out of bed eager to tackle the plethora of mundane household tasks I'd put off all winter and instead, at the top of my game!!!!!!. Seriously, it's the best $45 you will ever spend.
