October 24 marks National Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AOM) Day. 

It is part of an effort designed to increase public awareness of the progress, promise, and benefits of acupuncture and Oriental medicine.

DId you know?

  • An estimated 38% of US adults use some form of alternative medicine*
  • 1 in 10 US adults has used acupuncture at least once**
  • 60% of those who have used acupuncture would consider it again for treatment options**
  • 48% of those same people were either “extremely” or “very” satisfied with their treatment***
