Taking stock of our profoundly changed lives

Happy New Year!!

We have all been through SO much this year.

Our lives have changed in ways we could never have imagined.

This past year we have collectively gone though intense challenges; changes in our daily lives, the feelings that come from loss of control, and new-found levels of social isolation.

It has been quite an exhausting workout! But with the workout, pushing us to our edges comes the gifts; we have collectively recognized new levels of strength and resilience, gratitude and patience, resourcefulness and self-love; we have leaned into the preciousness of life, and realized the importance of seizing of the moment.

Join me in taking stock of this powerful time in our lives.

New Years resolutions have never really worked for me. Instead, the last few years I have spent a couple hours quietly filling out the YearCompass - a free booklet with great questions.

It helps me reflect on the past year - see how I have grown, and contemplate how I want to move forward into the next year.

I am sooooo excited to jump into this year’s. Please join me! If you would like - you can download free YearCompass.

My wish for you

Every new year my dad says he wishes for me everything I wish for myself.

And so I will wish that as well for you.

As we enter into this new year my wish is for everything you wish for yourself AND may it be for the highest good of all, for the next seven generations.

Thank you for being you and thank you for being in my life!

a BAZILLION Love and happiest of New Years to you and yours,

P.S. In October we started Village Wellness Online, a safe and inclusive, online gathering space for those of us who are holistically inspired. We have grown to almost 400 members who are looking to connect with like-minded individuals and learn skills for greater well-being. We would LOVE to have you join us if you are called! 👉🏼 Request to Join
