What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a proven tool used to make positive changes in your life.

Hypnosis is a natural  state that we often enter when concentrating on a good book or movie. There is an increase in focus and a reduced awareness of outside activity. Hypnosis feels similar to  the experience of meditation or daydreaming. In hypnosis you are awake and alert and always in complete control during your session.

What can I expect from a hypnosis session? 

To begin, we accurately identify your goals and the reason you are seeking hypnosis in order to customize your session. Next, you will be guided  with imagery and breath to a relaxed calm state. Total relaxation isn’t necessary to achieve desired results.

For hypnosis to heal a fear or anxiety, overcome and obstacle or change a habit, you will receive positive suggestions. In this peaceful state, your unconscious mind readily accepts these suggestions.

To end, I will teach you the self- hypnosis designed for you. This is the key to your success. if you consistently use the self-hypnosis for a few minutes each day for 30 days, positive change can occur.
