Combining soulful movement with breath practices, we will flow together to share in the ancient and sacred practice of yoga.
Options will be available to modify or intensify, creating space for anyone who is interested in being in community with others to experience the wonder of yoga.
We'll start our day welcoming the sun through a smooth flowing practice integrating yoga postures with creation of the true self. The morning Raja session focuses on balancing our mind, soul, and life by creating a space to focus on our deeper needs and fulfillment before getting caught up in our day to day world.Raja Yoga is a process of bringing the senses within until we can understand and realize our true selves.

Kundalini Yoga is a blend of Bhakti Yoga (the path of the heart and love), Raja Yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti Yoga, (for the expression of power and energy).
All Levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged to attend!
