The Village Wellness Crew & I have LOVED being part of the SAP Wellness Team over the past 3 years! At first we offered in-house Acupuncture with Gabrielle, on the Newtown Square Campus, and now we get to share mindfulness and meditation sessions with you!

We feel truly honored to be with you on this journey to feeling less stress, less overwhelm, more focus, and more joy, through mindfulness, meditation, and holistic medicine.

As many of you know we have updated Village Wellness Online to a paid/donation based platform. As an SAP employee you now get complimentary VIP access to our online platform where you can do these 4 things:

  1. RSVP for our weekly sessions to get reminders and easy access

  2. Access our recordings to continue your practice at your own pace

  3. Connect with fellow SAP employees who have similar interests.

  4. Connect with you teachers (Heather & I) to ask questions, share insight, or request further support

***When you join the SAP private Wellness Room you will also have access to our entire online platform where you will also be able to connect with our larger wellness community, access more classes, workshops, services, and resources.
