Hi, I’m Silenia Gil Rhoads—a bilingual (English/Spanish) Family & Systemic Constellations Facilitator and Certified Focalizing Practitioner. I also offer Ceremonial Cacao, Reiki, and Yoga.
My work is grounded in the belief that, with support, we can each remember how to listen deeply to our bodies, intuition, and inner wisdom—to heal and live more joyfully and authentically.
I’m endlessly curious about the ways we connect with each other, with the land, and with the greater mystery of life—both seen and unseen.
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, to a Venezuelan mother and Spanish father, and immigrated to the U.S. at six years old. I’ve lived in many places—from London to the Dominican Republic—and each experience has shaped how I see the world. I now live in the Philadelphia area with my husband and our three children.
This path began with my own healing. I trained in Family & Systemic Constellations through the European Institute for Systemic Education & Coaching in Brussels, and in Focalizing through the Focalizing Institute in New York.
I also hold degrees from Duke and Columbia Universities and have worked in health, wellness, and education for over 30 years—with some beautiful pauses to raise a family and open a bakery café with my husband.
