The Yoga of Loving Awareness

A 45 minute,  community-led  Online Yoga space to enjoy a gentle practice yogic movement and powerful breathwork.

Our intention is to set the tone of our day with more energy, focus, and an overall sense of well-being so that we can gracefully navigate this remarkable time of change.

Note: beginners to yoga and/or breathwork are encouraged to attend!
