Join Lance & a group of your peers Weekdays at 9 am ET on ZOOM for a short, but powerful 15 minutes of live guided meditation.

Our intention is to set the tone of our day with more energy, focus, and an overall sense of well-being so that we can gracefully navigate this remarkable time of change.

Our group setting is the perfect place to:

  • Build a healthy mindfulness meditation habit 

  • Receive support and accountability

  • Connect with others and make new friends

When?

Sessions are weekday mornings from 9-9:15 ET on ZOOM
✨Only on Fridays - If you can, you are invited to stay and hang out with us in the blissful vibes rom 9:15-9:30am
