My best friend Wendy recently made me Chia Seed Pudding! It was soooooo good!!! This pudding is delicious, nutritious, great to take with your probiotics (belly bacteria love the fiber!) and easy to make!
This recipe is:
- gluten free,
- sugar free,
- paleo and
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardomom
- 1/2 tsp cacoa nibs
- Optional fresh raspberries and blueberries to
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar or glass bowl
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours (or at the very least 30 minutes)
- If you wish add your fresh berries!
