Yoga for PMS Workshop

When: Thursday, July 24th, 6-7:30 pm 

Cost: $15. and Save $5 if you come with a friend.

Conversation: A facilitated dialogue about our personal and relational experiences during PMS and how we can mindfully engage in life when the cramps and emotions feel unbearable. 

Movement and Relaxation: A gentle yoga sequence followed by guided relaxation to: help the blood and energy flow, allow the muscles to relax, and ease the mind into restfulness. 

Nutrition: Bring one of your favorite PMS comfort food recipes to share!
