Mugwort has long been used by practitioners of herbal and magical medicine to brighten our access to dreaming, intuition, protection, and health.

In this intimate day-long gathering, we’ll slow down enough to listen from deeper places within ourselves that don’t always get enough room to come online. You’ll learn about Mugwort in an intellectual, spiritual, and experiential way.

A day like this is a chance to deepen your connection to the land and her living spirit. Together, we will re-member the foundational practice of plant spirit communication through animist and shamanic lenses.

Whether you are completely new to plant spirit work, curious, or already deeply immersed, this day is designed to deepen your relationship with one of our most potent local plant allies!

Join us to gather in community for a grounded, heart-centred, experiential day together.

Day Includes:

• Teachings on Mugwort and the spirit of the plant

• Ritual for mindful and respectful plant harvesting (You’ll get to keep what you harvest!)

• Mugwort tea (optional)

• Lunch provided

We’ll be spending part of the day outdoors, so please bring whatever you need to stay comfortable in the sun and weather.

You’ll leave with harvested Mugwort, practical ritual tools, and a deeper felt connection to the living intelligence of the natural world.
