Join Lance & a group of your peers every weekday morning from 8:30-9 am ET on ZOOM for a short, but powerful 30 minute practice of Kundalini yogic movement and powerful breath work.

Our intention is to set the tone of our day with more energy, focus, and an overall sense of well-being so that we can gracefully navigate this remarkable time of change.

Our online group setting is the perfect place to:

  • Steep yourself in ancient yogic wisdom & technology

  • Easily build a healthy morning habit that will leave you feeling awesome!

  • Receive support and accountability

  • Connect with others and make new friends

Note: beginners to yoga and/or breathwork are encouraged to attend!

When?

Sessions are Weekday mornings from 8:30-9:00 ET on ZOOM (zoom link provided with registration.
note: Join us for 1, some, or all!

Cant make the time? Recordings will be available for all who register.

Optional:
✨ Stay on for our 15 minute meditation practice from 9:00-9:15.
✨Only on Fridays - If you can, you are invited to stay and hang out with us in the blissful vibes from 9:15-9:30am
