YOU are cordially invited to join us for a weekend of deep mindfulness, silence, and creativity in a supportive community environment.
We will take a break from the world's demands, expectations, and distractions to give ourselves the gift of self-reflection, and explore what we want to nurture within ourselves and share with others.
Our weekend retreat is located at Temenos Retreat Center in West Chester, Pa. There you will be provided with the breathing space to relax your mind with noble silence, nourishing food to nurture your body, and ample opportunities for healing, ritual and creativity to recharge your spirit.

Tenemos Retreat Center, a 57-acre living wildlife sanctuary and retreat center, nourishing body, mind, and spirit. West Chester, PA
This inviting space was designed by Eric Wright, the grandson of Frank Lloyd Wright. From the wrap-around deck you can dine al fresco and view the meadows and forest.

Cancellation Policy
We know that schedules can change and cancellations are sometimes necessary. Fees will be refunded less cancellation fees according to the following schedule:
$208 cancellation fee up until 4 weeks prior to the first day of retreat.
No refunds for cancellations less than 4 weeks prior or no-show. (In cases of family emergency or illness we will put your fee as a credit on your VIllage Wellness account.)
All cancellations must be in writing, by email that has been acknowledged and responded to by us. Cancellation dates are the date of an email response by us. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of request.

Lance Isakov
Village Builder, Acupuncturist, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sanctioned Teacher of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, Shamanic Practitioner, Ceremonialist
Lance has been drawn to shamanism since he was 5 years old and has practiced holistic and traditional medicines since 1996.
With diverse training in multiple healing arts, Lance currently practices as a licensed Five Element Acupuncturist, Shamanic energy medicine practitioner, and Yoga & Meditation teacher at his center Village Wellness, outside of Philadelphia. Lance is passionate about fostering the healing relationship between practitioner and patient and building a community focused with Loving awareness at its core.

Jasmine Richardson
Organic Farmer, earth stewardess, Sustainable Ag. Consultant, embodied movement enthusiast
Jasmine was raised by gardeners and grew up with her hands in the earth. Knowing nature as a teacher and guide has been foundational to both her spiritual and professional life. Embodiment through conscious dance is another passion that she loves to experience and share.
Jasmine currently manages sustainable agriculture projects for an estate in Chester County where she is grateful to have many opportunities to deepen her practice by co-creating with Mother Nature cultivating vegetables, flowers and fungi.
Nirvan Ananda
Strategy & Operations Consultant, MBA, MAPP, Collective Flourishing Practitioner, Wellness Trainer, Meditation Teacher, Conscious Dance Facilitator
Nirvan is a mindful Strategy and Operations consultant. He integrates best practices from his MBA, Master of Applied Positive Psychology, and personal/professional experience to encourage collective flourishing. In addition to being an avid meditator for over 15 years, he has traveled throughout Asia, Europe, and the Americas, earning over 3,000 hours of wellness training, including mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and conscious dance. He has also attended over 3-months of silent meditation retreats and briefly managed a Vipassana meditation center
Amy Mermaid Isakov
Sanctioned Teacher of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, Shamanic Practitioner, Ceremonialist
Amy Mermaid Isakov is an innovative dreamer, passionate about connection, spirituality, music, ritual arts, and how the Divine can manifest in all its forms. Having left the traditional education path, she has studied in-depth with shamans, bodyworkers, evolutionary thought leaders and green builders since 2001. While working at The Shift Network, she hosted and managed all of don Oscar’s courses, while having the privilege to host and learn from many of the world’s leading mystics, dreamers and visionaries. She is a Pachakuti Mesa Sanctioned Teacher, writer, singer and mother — among other things — and looks forward to helping as many people as possible return to the truth of interconnection in this time of dire beauty. She regularly leads gatherings in her region and beyond, subscribing to the truth she recognizes in Thich Nhat Hanh’s teaching “The next buddha will be a sangha.” Amy resides in Pennsylvania.
