For those of us feeling a pull to experience deeper connection with energies of the natural world and mother earth, Equinox is a great day to pause and pay a bit of attention.
Join Tao Drum and together we will honor the energies of this powerful celestial event happening during the ongoing relationship dance between Earth and Sun. This online offering by Tao Drum is a great opportunity to dive deeper into the Spring Equinox experience of balance, then the beginning of longer days and all the gifts they bring. The whoosh of Spring growth pushing up to the light.
about the ceremony
Tao will speak to the rhythm of light and dark in our physical world as it is caused by Earth's journey around the Sun. She will explain the energies of this light & dark in our embodied existence and about being in alignment with those energies as we circle around the Sun with our mother, Earth. Then Tao will guide you into a deeper knowing via visualized journey with the 'Spirit of Spring Equinox' to learn about it from the perspective of the Sacred aspect of our reality. Moving into deeper awareness about rhythms of light/dark upon the Earth AND ourselves can assist us in flowing with those energies and being supported by the innate gifts they offer us. This can relieve unease and difficult emotions which bubble up when we are moving against this natural flow.
You will need:
a space where you will not be disturbed and be able to lie down or sit comfortably for shamanic journeying,
a bandana or other eye covering,
a candle which you will light during our time together.
headphones are recommended for optimum sound quality.
