When the Veil Grows Thin...
On Halloween night, we gather to celebrate the ones who came before us.
The Ancestor Ball is an evening of music, dance, ritual, creativity, and community, a chance to honor the Ancestors of Blood and the Ancestors of Soul.
Whether you come remembering bright or dark ancestors, those you’ve known or never knew, cultural heroes, mythic beings, or mountains who have inspired your journey, this is a night to honor and metabolise our history to make good compost for the future we are building together.
This is a chance to step into an embodied mythic remembering.
Hosted by Amy Mermaid and her crew of beautiful mischief makers, we'll dwell beyond words where the sacred and the playful dance together.
Expect an immersive experience filled with dancing, offerings, costumes, catharsis, community, and wonder.

All costumes are welcome - from simple to spectacular.
Community Ancestor Altar…
Throughout the evening, we'll co-create a beautiful communal altar and offering
You're warmly invited to bring:
A photograph of an ancestor
A small offering for the despacho (mandala like painting with many different ingredients)
Bringng anything besides yourself is entirely optional.
