My intention in offering this meditation course is twofold:
One, times are intense these days, this course is designed to help you quickly, easily, and efficiently create a powerful and lasting meditation practice. Meditation is a portal to Self realization that gives us a vantage point that can free us from the whirlwind of our mind. I teach a simple, step, by step process of how to meditate while guiding you through a soothing and calming journey to profound stillness.
And two, I am sharing meditation as a tool for awakening and expanding loving awareness. Loving awareness means loving everything you are aware of and it is a tool to help us live more in our hearts than in our heads.
The Power of Loving Awareness Course is for everybody! Where you are a new or experienced meditation practitioner, whether you think you can't meditate or even those of us with "monkey minds", or "ants in our pants".
