Please join me for a special yoga class at 7:00pm on Monday, November 20th focused on becoming grounded as we head into this time of gratitude. So many things can be on our "plates" at this time of year: family, friends, rituals, partners, gifts, food. For some of us, managing these things can feel overwhelming. For others, these things are not there to manage, and that can feel overwhelmingly lonely.
However you are entering this time, I hope you will carve out some space just for you - to get grounded, to reconnect with yourself, and to set an intention for how you will navigate the next few months.
Join me in the sacred practice of gentle, soulful movement combined with selected readings and an opportunity to share.
