A National Trainer specializing in Mindfulness, Meditation, and Movement. Heather has a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, attended the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program at the University of Pennsylvania and Teacher Training Intensive at the University of California – San Diego for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Heather is currently attending a two year certification program on Mindfulness and Meditation with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach through Sounds True, the Awareness Training Institute, and the University of California at Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center. Heather is also a certified Yoga Teacher and offers group and private Mindfulness Based Stress Management sessions.
