Gall Bladder 12 - Mastoid Bone - An Acupuncture Point for Insomnia, Calming the Spirit, & Stilling the Mind
YAWN jawn 🥱
About 3 in 10 people have at least a moderate level of insomnia. Most of us just live with it but over time this lack of sleep begins to affect our memory, concentration, and general feelings of well-being.
Some of the most helpful sleep-inducing lifestyle shifts include avoiding screens at least an hour before bed, sleeping in a pitch-black room, and going to bed when you first feel tired.
But In a pinch (or press) this point can help to calm us down and induce a bedtime ready state =)
