Lung 10 - Fish Region - The energetic point related to "Summer in the Fall"

Today is such a hot and humid 'Summer in the Fall' Day here in Philadelphia. 

There is an amazing acupuncture point that captures the energetic of this day I would LOVE to share with you called Fish Region ( Lung 10) The Fire in the Metal Element.

Fish Region is AMAZING for:
- helping sore throats!!!
- cooling fevers
- clearing heat in general
- bringing warmth to a grieving heart <3

You can stimulate this point by gently massaging the thenar eminence of the palm (see the little circle in the pic)
