Yin Yoga is a still and passive practice. Focusing on longer holds, Yin Yoga encourages the connective tissue to release, enhancing the natural range of mobility in the joints, and ultimately help develop greater strength and flexibility across the entire body. Pose sequences are designed to open the body’s meridian system and allow for a continuous flow of Qi.

This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to attend.

Sliding Scale Class Fee from $5 to $25. We understand many are in a difficult financial situations right now If you are able, please be more generous to help balance for those who can’t be. There is a minimum $5 and then just add a custom tip for the amount you would like to pay at Checkout. For example enter “$10” to pay a total of $15. THANK YOU!
