I am SO excited to officially announce our newest addition to the Village Wellness Yoga team... Siubhán!

Siubhán will be offering her own unique style of Yin Yoga, a still and passive practice that encourages the connective tissue to release enhancing the natural range of mobility in the joints, and ultimately help develop greater strength and flexibility across the entire body.

Her class will be held weekly on Friday Mornings from 10:30-11:30 am. You can even stay after class to continue the bliss with Open Acupuncture which starts at noon!

And for all you early birds - check out Stu's Wednesday 6 am class and start your day off with deep connection!
