What do you want? - An Exercise in Manifestation

How we spend our moments is how we spend our days. How we spend our days is how we spend our life.

If I don’t slow down every now and then to make sure I’m as clear as possible on my life trajectory, I might wake up 5 years from now realizing I’ve be reacting to my life rather than acting in it.

Now is perfect time to take a fresh look at my priorities, write down my goals, wants, & needs. As our country enters a new era of extremes, the responsibility on each of us to create the world we want comes into stark and necessary relief. 

Will you join me today in putting out what YOU want? And what WE want?

Here’s a journaling exercise I love:
(you can do this as many times as you like, for yourself, your community, or the world — just change the "I" to a "We")

1. What do I really want? (Be as specific as possible)

2. Why do I want this?
(
Give as many reason as you can)

3. What do I need to do to achieve this outcome? 
(Write down as many ideas as possible!)

If you really put time and energy into this exercise you will be AMAZED at what happens!
