Courage Challenge (Let's Get Healthy Together VIRTUAL Series)

I love this quote! And it is the inspiration for our next community challenge. So bring out your courageous self, push your edge, grow, and be even more amazing! 

Join your fellow Wayne Family Wellness members and dive in to a FREE 10 day VIRTUAL challenge that will get you feeling Truly ALIVE!

Here is what we are going to do! 
Starting on October 15 and for 10 days STRAIGHT we will follow these guidelines:

1. For 10 Days we will keep a COURAGE journal.
2. Each day take 5 minutes in the am to jot down something you are going to do that day to push your own edge*
3. Each day before sleep we will jot down our courageous accomplishment for the day and note how it makes us feel
4. Win an AWESOME PRIZE**

*It can be little things or big things that push an edge in you!.
examples: 

  • Accepting a speaking engagement you usually wouldn't,
  • Introducing yourself to a new potential friend
  • Trying a new class or something new that you have been avoiding because of fear.
  • Speaking up for yourself
  • Saying "no" or Saying "yes"

Basically pay attention during the day to moment that will push you to your edge, do them (as long as it is safe) and see how you feel!
