The theme this month
Tuning in to the potent energy of the Full Moon in Pisces - Our class will be focused on activating intuition and bringing balance and ease to the emotional body
The Class Flow
The first half of the class is dedicated to opening, stretching, expanding, and raising our energy through Kundalini Yoga & Breath-work.
During the second half of the class laying in Shavasana (corpse pose) or sitting in meditation, you will bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the AMAZING universal vibrations of the GONG!!!
Who is this for?
This class is open to everyone and absolute beginners are encouraged to attend! Please note that this can be a very powerful experience, if you have questions please call Lance at (610) 203-3747.
What to bring:
a yoga mat (I have extras if needed)
blanket,
water
A favorite stone or crystal or feather, or shell, or another sacred object (optional)
a warm layer if needed
Time:
Class is from 7- 8:30 (please arrive by 6:45 pm)
Join us for tea afterwards - If you are able to stay after for homemade Yogi Tea that is wonderful plan to depart closer to 9/9:!5 pm

7 Stars Medicine Lodge is located on Valley Forge Mountain in Phoenixville.

The class will take place in the Yurt with open airflow. Space is limited. Masks are optional
