Welcome to Kundalini Yoga with Debbie Sunshine! I want to take you through some different kriyas (actions that lead to manifestation, sequences of posture, breath, and sound). I want you to experience the wonders of feeling your energy moving throughout your body.
I love words and I love images. I will guide you through the kriyas, helping you to visualize new places and new moves. And then I will begin your meditation with a poem, asking you to feel where the words land in your body.

This is the crazy yoga! The yoga of self-awareness. The yoga of the ancients. The yoga of intention!
The Class Flow
We will spend about 45 minutes going through the kriyas (postures), but making sure we are having fun while we do it. And we will end with a 15 minute meditation.
I hope that when you leave here, you will feel a sense of calm, and your muscles won’t be too sore. ;)
