An hour minute session using acupressure points you can press on yourself to relieve stress and restore calm. All points can be reached while sitting.

Yin Yoga - Movement to Cultivate Ease with Siubhan is a still and passive practice. Focusing on longer holds, Yin Yoga encourages the connective tissue to release, enhancing the natural range of mobility in the joints, and ultimately help develop greater strength and flexibility across the entire body. Pose sequences are designed to open the body’s meridian system and allow for a continuous flow of Qi.
