Cultivating Freedom from Anxiety and Fear

We start our Basic Training Journey with much needed emotional wellness practices to support you with feelings of anxiety, fear, and overwhelm. 

Each of us deserves to live a life filled with joy and peace, and we can do this even in the face of the unknown.

My hope is that through this month's practices, you become aware that even though overwhelm, there is always a way back to peace.

This month’s Basic Training is designed to help you :

  • Increase ease

  • Reduce the impact of negative emotions

  • Gain a new perspective on stressful situations

  • Build skills to manage your stress, anxiety, & fear

  • Increase self-awareness

  • Focus on the present

  • Increase imagination and creativity

  • Increase patience and tolerance

Includes:

  • Introductory Call for participants: We will have an introductory Zoom Call August 1 @ 11am EST to go over some of the practices for the month.
    Can’t make the call? No problem! This call will be recorded and send to all registrants.

  • Weekly Outline with daily practices (about 10 minutes/day) , tools, and resources delivered through email

  • Downloadable Daily Practices reminder calendar

  • Community Support via private online forum

How this program works:

  • ONEZOOM CALL We start the program with a live zoom call on August 1st at 11 am EST. (You should have received a confirmation of this call with the proper zoom link.) We will use this time to go over the program, practices, and answer any questions that you may have.

  • TWOWEEKLY PRACTICES. Each Week you will receive a set of practices and support via email that will guide you through each day of the week. I have limited your time commitment to 10 minutes/day or less - the minimum dosage required for effective change

  • THREEGROUP SUPPORT You will have group support throughout the program. to ask any questions or share in the journeys of those of your fellow wellness warriors.

Cost:

one time charge of 110 for the month (NOTE: i never turn anyone away for financial reasons)
