I am honored to invite you to join me in one of humanity’s oldest traditions—gathering around a sacred fire.
Our theme this month: celebrating the Autumn Equinox.
Influenced by my shamanic teachers, Eliot Cowan and don Oscar Miro-Quesada, as well as the lineages of the Huichol Peoples of the Sierra Madres in Mexico and Peruvian Curanderismo, our monthly fire circle offers a warm and welcoming space to partake in sacred ceremony, connect with the Spirit of Fire, and rekindle our relationship with one another.

As a collective, we will work together, through weekly coaching sessions and practices, to release our exhausted, anxious or overwhelmed state and anchor more deeply into our authentic power, a calm and focused state.

Join Lance & a group of your peers on the 4th Thursday of every month from 7:30-9 pm ET (unless noted differently) on ZOOM for an immersive shamanic healing and empowerment experience.
We will be utilizing and sharing tools, practices, and modalities that come from a variety of Shamanic and healing traditions including The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, Plant Spirit Medicine, Shamanic Acupuncture, Yoga, and other esoteric traditions.
Our intention is to use our etheric sanctuary space to:

Ritual Cosmos: Creating your own Shamanic Mesa (Altar Ground)
You’re invited
Join Lance Isakov, Mesa Carrier in the Pachakuti Mesa Shamanic Tradition, in a powerful ceremonial space to create and tune your very own Pachakuti Mesa.
This workshop is for spiritual seekers, or those curious, of all traditions who are interested in developing a deeper relationship with both the seen and unseen worlds.
What is The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition (PMT)?
The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition is a Peruvian-based, cross-cultural, living Shamanic tradition. “Pachakuti” means “world reversal” and refers to the time of transformation we are living in now. A mesa is an altar for self-exploration, transformation, and personal growth in which we create a new paradigm of one’s relation to the Self and the Universe. This tradition, in all its richness, is an evolving practice of inner and outer activities that restore balance and harmony to our relationships with All That Is.
What is a Pachakuti Mesa?
In the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, we interact and build relationships with these unseen realms through the creation of a specific type of altar or mesa called the Pachakuti Mesa. This sacred patterning of elemental expressions becomes the seat of spiritual vision and the game board for interacting with all of creation.
The Goal of our time together:
The main focus of this hands-on workshop is to ceremonially set up and activate your very own Pachakuti Shamanic Mesa.

Activating Potential is a 4 week supportive experience designed for those of us who are ready take our inner development to the next level.
We now have tools for activating our Parasympathetic nervous system to induce a calm state when needed. Once in this calm state, steeped in this energy of being, we can continue to develop our innate potential energy and direct it for manifestation .
As a collective, we will work together through weekly coaching sessions and practices to develop our energy of becoming. Within this Parasympathetic state of rest and digest, we will learn tools to create potency to empower our future manifestation. Like a bulb, wintering in the earth, building its own potential energy, so that when the time is right, its powerful energy of possibility can manifest into its beautiful flower.

What You’ll Learn
Activating Calm is a 4 week supportive experience designed for those of us fed up with feeling overwhelmed and/or exhausted.
As a collective, we will work together, through weekly coaching sessions and practices, to release our exhausted, anxious or overwhelmed state and anchor more deeply into our authentic power, a calm and focused state.
This workshop exists to help us shift out of a fight or flight response, give us a new perspective, and most of all reclaim our power to help be a force for good in the world.
How this supportive experience works:
1. Four Live 1 hour Coaching Sessions on Zoom
Each week we join our peers for a live group session. (Can't make it? No problem. The sessions will be recorded.)

2. Bite-Sized Resources & Practices
Each week will unlock a set of practices and resources that will guide you through each day of that particular week. I have been fostering these tools over the last 25 years, they include practices from the ancient wisdom traditions including Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, and breath-work. Anyone can do these daily practices and they will not take more than 10 minutes to complete - the minimum dosage required for effective change
3. Non-Judgmental Support & Accountability
Share support, insight, and questions in our 24/7 online, safe, non-judgmental circle of peers.. You'll soon discover just how much you have in common with others on this journey.

Hi! How are you holding up these days? When asked how I am doing, I keep telling people "I’m surfing the wave into the unknown…. ups and downs, micro adjustments here and there, taking things moment by moment.”
That's the only way I know to remain calm and centered while navigating the unknown, and all of the ground shifting and changing around us.
I have a few tools that have been REALLY helping me handle the overwhelm and anxiety that I've been feeling.
The two biggest helpers, have been Acupuncture and Meditation. So that’s the core of this offering to you!
I would LOVE to share these medicines sprinkled with many other practices to support you through these times. I am so happy that I can present this IN-PERSON series, with all of our Covid Safety Measures in place, at Village Wellness again! Space is limited to 4 people per month. Maybe one of them is you!

What is it & how will you benefit?
A 4-week Group Acupuncture and Meditation Series
Powerful auricular (ear) acupuncture treatment in each session to quickly release overwhelm, stress, anxiety, fight/flight response so you feel restored.
Learn simple and powerful tools including meditation and breathwork that can help you maintain levels of calm focus
You will be with 3 other people and your Acupuncturist, in zero gravity chairs

We start our Basic Training Journey with much needed emotional wellness practices to support you with feelings of anxiety, fear, and overwhelm.
Each of us deserves to live a life filled with joy and peace, and we can do this even in the face of the unknown.
My hope is that through this month's practices, you become aware that even though overwhelm, there is always a way back to peace.
This month’s Basic Training is designed to help you :

How this program works:
ONE. ZOOM CALL We start the program with a live zoom call on August 1st at 11 am EST. (You should have received a confirmation of this call with the proper zoom link.) We will use this time to go over the program, practices, and answer any questions that you may have.
TWO. WEEKLY PRACTICES. Each Week you will receive a set of practices and support via email that will guide you through each day of the week. I have limited your time commitment to 10 minutes/day or less - the minimum dosage required for effective change
THREE. GROUP SUPPORT You will have group support throughout the program. to ask any questions or share in the journeys of those of your fellow wellness warriors.
