Heather has a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, attended the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program at the University of Pennsylvania in 2014, and recently attended Teacher Training Intensive at the University of California – San Diego for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, along with being a Certified Yoga Instructor
