🍂 The Theme: Crossing the Threshold - Entering the Mystery Within

As the days grow shorter and the veil between worlds feels a little thinner, autumn invites us to turn inward. The trees begin their great release, the light changes, and nature reminds us that there is wisdom in moving slowly and listening deeply.

This class is an invitation to cross a threshold - to step out of the noise of everyday life and into the deeper, quieter places within. Through breath, movement, and sound, we’ll create space to listen for what is asking to be released, what is waiting to emerge, and what wisdom might be found in the mystery.

We’ll honor the energy of mid-autumn - a time of transition, harvest, descent, and deepening connection with the unseen. The gong’s vibrations will carry us into a state of deep listening and receptivity, helping us soften the edges between the known and unknown and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of our own inner landscape.

The Class Flow

The first half of the class is dedicated to opening, stretching, expanding, and raising our energy through Kundalini Yoga & Breath-work.

During the second half of the class laying in Shavasana (corpse pose) or sitting in meditation, you will bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the AMAZING universal vibrations of the GONG!!!

Who is this for?

This class is open to everyone and absolute beginners are encouraged to attend! Please note that this can be a very powerful experience, if you have questions please call Lance at (610) 203-3747.

What to bring:

• a yoga mat (I have extras if needed)

• blanket,

• water

• a journal

• A favorite stone or crystal or feather, or shell, or another sacred object (optional)

• A favorite mug for tea afterward

Note:  Please refrain from wearing strong scents or perfumes.

7 Stars Sanctuary is located on Valley Forge Mountain in Phoenixville.

The class will take place in the Yurt with open airflow. Space is limited.
