🌱 The Theme: Stirring the Seeds - Awakening the Energy of Becoming
As winter’s stillness gives way to movement, we begin to feel the subtle rising of energy within and around us. The Earth is waking, and so are we.
This class invites you to gently stir what’s been resting, to reconnect with your sense of purpose, and to nourish the seeds of intention you’ve been holding through the quieter months. Through breath, movement, and deep sound, we begin to align with the momentum of spring.
We’ll honor the energy of early spring - a time of inspiration, emergence, and creative potential. The vibrations of the gong will help release lingering stagnation and awaken the natural upward movement of your life force, making space for growth, clarity, and renewed vitality.
The Class Flow
The first half of the class is dedicated to opening, stretching, expanding, and raising our energy through Kundalini Yoga & Breath-work.
During the second half of the class laying in Shavasana (corpse pose) or sitting in meditation, you will bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the AMAZING universal vibrations of the GONG!!!
Who is this for?
This class is open to everyone and absolute beginners are encouraged to attend! Please note that this can be a very powerful experience, if you have questions please call Lance at (610) 203-3747.
What to bring:
a yoga mat (I have extras if needed)
blanket,
water
a journal
A favorite stone or crystal or feather, or shell, or another sacred object (optional)
A favorite mug for tea afterward
Note: Please refrain from wearing strong scents or perfumes.

7 Stars Sanctuary is located on Valley Forge Mountain in Phoenixville.

The class will take place in the Yurt with open airflow. Space is limited.
