All of our classes are holistically focused, meaning the focus is not only on the physical body, but also on subtle energy & depth of soul.

UNIQUE STYLES with Teachers/Healers
Each experienced teacher brings a unique essence and style to their classes. All of our teachers also have holistic healing private practices so they are particularly attuned to an integrative perspective!

JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE
Everybody is welcome! Everybody is respected and the class atmosphere is totally judgement free. All sizes, shapes, colors, creeds, genders, and abilities are welcome.

Classes are for all levels and beginners are encouraged to join!

We keep our class size small so we can give as much individual attention as possible.

TUESDAYS
7:00-8:00 PM

FOUNDATIONAL YOGA with Gloria

This non-heated Foundational Yoga practice is a 60-minute whole mind-body practice based on Hatha yoga.

In this class you will:

• practice the principles of basic alignment for the poses,
• build strength, stability, balance, and flexibility,
• use props (blocks, straps...) to help you with the poses,
• use mindfulness and deep breathing to settle your mind and reduce stress,
• increase overall wellbeing

You will leave the class with a stronger body, calmer spirit, and a clearer mind.

Levels: This class is appropriate for students of all ages.

What to bring: An open mind, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat if you have it (we have some), water, and a small towel (optional). We provide all the props.

Dates: Tuesdays 7 - 8 pm

Investment: $15 per class.

Remember, if you can breathe, you can practice yoga!

WEDNESDAYS

SUNRISE YOGA with Stu

We'll start our day welcoming the sun through a smooth flowing practice integrating yoga postures with creation of the true self. 

The morning Raja session focuses on balancing our mind, soul, and life by creating a space to focus on our deeper needs and fulfillment before getting caught up in our day to day world.

Raja Yoga is a process of bringing the senses within until we can understand and realize our true selves.

FRIDAYS

YIN Yoga with Siubhán

YIN yoga is a still and passive practice.

Focusing on longer holds, yin yoga encourages the connective tissue to release enhancing the natural range of mobility in the joints, and ultimately help develop greater strength and flexibility across the entire body.

Pose sequences are designed to open the body’s meridian system and allow for a continuous flow of Qi.

This class is suitable for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to attend
