This gentle yoga class consists of mindful movement and breath sitting in a chair and standing, using the char for support. You will need a firm but comfortable chair, and a towel or strap if desired.

Suggested donation: $15. But we understand many of us are in a difficult financial situation right now. So pay what ever you would like. Minimum is $1 (for insurance purposes) then just add a custom tip for the amount you would like to pay at Checkout.
