Hatha Yoga {Online Class}

With Siubhan every Wednesday at 9:30am

In this class you can expect an accommodating practice full of static postures, mindful breathwork and a manageable pace. This allows for a greater focus on alignment and mindful breathing, making the practice accessible to yogis of all levels.

Please have props handy, a blanket, pillow, blocks (or books) and a pole or broom handle if you need assistance in balance postures.

Suggested donation: $15. But we understand many of us are in a difficult financial situation right now. So pay what ever you would like. Minimum is $1 (for insurance purposes) then just add a custom tip for the amount you would like to pay at Checkout.

Once Registered you will be sent the link to our Online Yoga Studio.

Note: if you can't make the class time, register for the class and receive a recording to do on your own time!
