Shamanism is the most ancient spiritual practice known to humankind. Some anthropologists believe that this practice dates back over 100,000 years.

A contemporary understanding of a shamanic practitioner is a person that sees with their Heart. (vs. not with our heads). And that our Heart is the portal into our inner guidance and Soul's truth.

Many of us are familiar with two significant aspects of Shamanism: the journey for guidance and as a healing modality. Although the types, styles, and systems of Shamanism vary widely depending on the origin of the culture, what is common in each, is the use of creativity to interpret the message, vibration, and healing from Spirit; in the form of weavings, sculpture, drawing, story-telling, music, and theater.

Transformation is not the end all be all, but a moment of deep understanding, filling the empty hole a bit, sealing out the scary monsters, and then there is the next step.

Soulscape is the combination of techniques I have learned along the way of coming back to ... myself. This self-empowerment journey is merging of the creative and healing arts to allow happiness and joy. Which, for me, means the content feeling of being comfortable in your skin.

This is a beginners class. The original Energy 101 curriculum, but with added time to go deeper, process and own the lessons.

Energy Medicine 101 was such a success, but it only just skimmed the surface.  In addition I noticed that folks needed more time to ground and embody the practices taught; inaddtions they wanted more time to talk about their experiences. So I am offering the class again, and taking each section a bit deeper. Now each topic: Filling Up, Protection and Clearing Out will now have two sessions each, plus aQ+A session to wrap up this Energy Medicine series.
