Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 AM Sunrise Yoga with Stu
The morning Raja session focuses on balancing our mind, soul, and life by creating a space to focus on our deeper needs and fulfillment before getting caught up in our day to day world. Raja Yoga is a process of bringing the senses within until we can understand and realize our true selves. Does that sound like a bit much for 6am? Learn five reasons to start your day with an early practice here.
We'll start our day welcoming the sun through a smooth flowing practice integrating yoga postures with creation of the true self. Levitation encouraged. Cost. $15 pay at the door
