Have you ever been unable to feel gratitude for the abundance you have in your life even though you technically had what you needed (maybe even more than you needed?)

The name of this point reflects its use for accessing the abundance that exists in this very moment in our lives. I mean who is more “spoiled” than a grandchild and is there any grandchild richer than a Prince’s Grandchild?

In the treatment room, I often use this point when my patient is needs a reminder of the true abundance that exists in their life or if they are having trouble feeling gratitude. This point helps our body transport the nutrients that is already there to the places that need it most. This point brings a deep sense of spiritual calm and a feeling of trust that we are being taken care of by the universe.

Physical Level

  • all digestive issues - diarrhea , vomiting, bloating, undigested particles in the stool,

  • helps with regulation of themenstrual cycle

  • insomnia and restlessness

Spirit Level:

This point is used as a powerful reminder of our connection to the Earth’s abundance. It restores our trust in nature and the univers. It helps to see the abundance within grounds. And it calms the Spirit.

Location:

On the medial side of the foot, in the depression distal and inferior to the base of the first metatarsal bone.

How to activate this point:

Focus your attention on the point. Using your finger to slowly apply pressure to the point. Slowly increase your pressure on the point and add movement. Stimulate the point anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes or until you are inspired to take a deep breath. You can do this as needed or try it daily for 1 week as an experiment.
